2.3 Applicable conditions

Your use of the platform is subject to these terms and conditions and the measures described on the Rules, Security and Copyright page (when you agree, these rules and conditions are collectively referred to as the "Contract").

4. Your use

4.1 Content available

5. Your content and your conduct

You can delete your content at any time.

5.4 Blocking a content

6.3 Suspension and closure of account by moderators

A moderator can suspend you from his community if:

You are committing a substantial or repeated breach of the terms of this Agreement
We are forced to act in order to comply with the law or a court order
We have reasonable grounds to believe in conduct that could lead to responsibility of our users, third parties, or to harm in any way to these last
You have been reported several times by other members of the community

6.4 Effect of suspension or closure of account

When you are suspended by an administrator with access to the entire Borders platform of science and spirituality, you can no longer connect to the platform and become a simple user and therefore have access to all the features that are dedicated to them, that is to say say: consultation of articles and topics of discussion; comments on articles and topics discussion, newsletters

When you are suspended by a moderator, this suspension only applies to the community in which he has blocked you You will always be active in others communities to which you belong.

However all your content will always remain accessible in the platform and will be exploited respecting the conditions described above.

7. Other clauses

7.1 Disclaimers

Under the law, consumers have certain rights that can not be excluded or modified by a contract. Nothing in this Agreement affects those rights that you have as a consumer. In addition to the provisions expressly described in this Agreement and the legal requirements, We do not give any specific guarantee regarding the use of the platform. For example, we make no promise regarding: the content posted on the platform, the specific features of the Service, or its accuracy, reliability, availability or its ability to meet your needs; or the fact that any Content you submit is accessible and stored on the Service.

7.2 Limitation of responsibilities

Within the limits allowed by applicable law, we will not be responsible for any content submitted by a user, or any conduct of a defamatory, abusive or illegal. But we have put in place a system for controlling content and users that limit to the maximums of the errors.

7.3 Links to other sites

8. About the contract
